In Through Your Nose, Out Through Your Mouth… (do it!)

I learned (or maybe relearned) something this week:

Breathing is good.  Sometimes, you just have to drop everything, breathe, and center yourself.  Nourish that body and mind.

Take a moment, and CALM YO SELF!

That essay, or article draft, or phone call isn’t going anywhere (unfortunately).  It will still be there when you return.  But maybe, just maybe, it will seem less daunting/impossible/stressful.

Honor yourself… and breathe.
